And so Gaïa was born…

“When I became a mother, I was blindsided by how little space there was for the real experience of parenthood: the exhaustion, the guilt, the doubts, the emotional overwhelm. Society praises the ‘perfect mother’ but leaves no room for the messy, beautiful, and human reality behind the smile. Centre Gaïa was born out of this experience and a deep desire to offer something different. Not just another centre, but a movement for holistic, evidence-based, soul-rooted care.

We integrate mind, body, and heart to give parents what they truly need: space to breathe, guidance to grow, and care that meets them exactly where they are. We don’t just fill a gap. We’re here to reimagine the journey.”

Our Philosophy

We embrace the Integral Approach, a framework that considers the whole person. That means we address the physical body, emotional and mental health, relationships, cultural context, and life circumstances.

Body

How your physical self shifts, and heals through pregnancy, birth, and beyond

Emotions

The complex inner world of identity shifts and conflicting emotions

Relationships

How parenthood affects your couple, family, and support network

Culture

Navigating parenthood within your unique cultural background, expat experience, or multilingual environment

Life

The daily pressures, work transitions, and invisible load that shape your experience

By integrating all these dimensions, we offer care that’s complete, coherent, and profoundly human.

“My partner and I are drifting apart since becoming parents.”
“It’s been 3 years… is it too late to get help for what I’ve been carrying?”
“My child’s behavior worries me, I don’t know what’s normal anymore.”
“I’m going back to work soon, how do I prepare emotionally and logistically?”
“I just need someone to talk to who really gets it.”
