Comprehensive support with essential information on the birth process, pain management, postnatal care, practical exercises and relaxation. This course is only available in French, however individual consultations with the specialist are available in English.

Group Birth Preparation In Water @Coppet Pool
A gentle and soothing class for expectant mothers, held in a warm 29°C pool. This session helps relieve muscle tension, improve breathing and posture, and gently mobilise the pelvis. You’ll learn relaxation techniques, enjoy a special bonding moment with your baby, and connect with other mums-to-be in a supportive environment. Place: Piscine-Patinoire des Rojalets à Coppet.

Babywearing
Personalized guidance to help you discover the benefits of babywearing for both you and your baby. Learn about different types of carriers, how to use them safely, and find the best ergonomic position for comfort and connection. This course is offered on demand, both in French and English. Baby Massage
Baby massage courses are structured in 5 weekly sessions of about 1h30, where massage movements are taught progressively and repeated to ensure proper assimilation. Complementary topics such as the benefits of massage, choosing the right oil, and the ideal time to massage are also covered. These sessions also encourage exchange and sharing on themes related to parenthood, while always respecting the babies’ rhythm. Payment via Twint on the day of the workshop.

Hypopressives
Abdominal Hypopressive Training is a respiratory and postural technique that activates the pelvic floor muscles and repositions the organs. This technique is extremely effective for postpartum rehabilitation of the core and pelvic floor. The exercises not only strengthen the pelvic floor, but also reduce the waistline, reduce back pain, improve digestion, stimulate circulation, improve respiratory function and improve emotional health by targeting the nervous system.

Gaïa Talks (Café Parents - Free)
A welcoming and informal space for parents at every stage (pregnancy, postpartum, or beyond) to gather over coffee, connect, share, and feel supported.
Animated by Anaïs (Midwife), Alexandra (Sleep Coach), and Dina (Perinatal Mental Health Specialist), this free group offers a unique opportunity to ask questions, express doubts, or simply enjoy the company of others on a similar journey. Without a set agenda, each session flows naturally based on the needs of those present, ensuring the right support is offered, at the right time.
