Solène Frei-Sfeir
Solène offers holistic, body-centered support to parents at every step of the perinatal journey — from preparing for birth to navigating the challenges of postpartum recovery.
Her integrative approach combines breathwork therapy, pelvic floor rehabilitation through hypopressive gymnastics, nutritional coaching, birth education, and Shantala baby massage.
Grounded in neuroscience and somatic therapy, Solène’s work recognizes that trauma and stress are not only emotional, they are also physically stored in the body. Through therapeutic techniques that regulate the nervous system and release held tension, she supports lasting emotional healing and well-being.
With authenticity, compassion, and deep listening, Solène creates a nurturing space where parents can feel safe to restore, realign, and reconnect — physically and emotionally.
